Here is the schedule for the 2026 Nov and Dec 3-week review classes for existing and former students only. The primary focus in these classes will be to review and build confidence with those tai chi forms that were learned in previous classes as well as working on applying Dr. Lam's Tai Chi Principles to the form. New moves are not generally taught in these classes due to their short duration.
Please note that each class has specific prerequisites as listed below. If you are not sure which class you qualify for or would be best for you, please contact Diana at tcafp.dn@gmail.com and we'll find an appropriate class for you.
All review classes are held at the Medinah Park District Connolly Center, 22W130 Thorndale Ave., Medinah, IL and will cost $30 for the 3 classes. Registration using the link at the bottom of each section is required for these classes. Please register as soon as possible to help prevent a class that you would like to attend from being cancelled.
