Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention classes are held at the Alexian Rehabilitation Hospital Outpatient Center and at the Medinah Park District. Classes at both locations are the same, lasting approximately 1 hour and running for 6 weeks.

Cost for Alexian classes are $60 for the six sessions.

Cost for Medinah classes are $65 for six sessions for non-residents, $50 for park district residents.
Registration for Medinah Park District classes is now open. Please be sure to verify the dates of your chosen class when registering.
More advanced Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, Tai Chi for Energy and Yang Style 24 Forms classes are often available for those with the appropriate tai chi experience.
